FBI Agent Who Took Jill Kelley's Complaint is Identified

The FBI agent who took a complaint about "harassing emails" from south Tampa socialite Jill Kelley that sparked former CIA director David Petraeus' affair with his biographer has been identified.

Frederick W. Humphries II, who friends with Kelley, took the anonymous complaint before passing it along, according to the Tampa Bay Times. Once, he sent Kelley a shirtless photo of himself as a joke, according to The Huffington Post.

Before Kelley's complaint last week led to the exposure of the Petraeus scandal with Paula Broadwell, Humphries was best known for his role in the case of University of South Florida student Youssef Megahed, according to the Times.
