1. Feeding Tampa Bay has expanded services in Pinellas County, opening a new Feeding Pinellas Center at Northwest Presbyterian Church in Lealman. It will serve 5 free hot meals a week Monday through Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. starting November 1st. A full food pantry will also be open to the public two days a week. (ABC Action News)

2. A new Burlington, discount clothing retailer, will open in the old Whole Foods location in South Tampa. The Whole Foods closed to move to Midtown Tampa. There is no timeline for the new location. (Creative Loafing Tampa)

3. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers honored a Pasco teacher fighting breast cancer at last Sunday's Game against the Chicago Bears. 39-year-old Jennifer Koszewnik was introduced as the AdventHealth Goal Getter of the Game. She and her husband, Terry, were given VIP treatment and prime seats to watch the Bucs trounce the Bears 38-3. (Patch Tampa)

4. A boil water notice is in effect in Clearwater and the surrounding area following a water main break. Crews working on Coachman Park renovations busted a water line. The city says it will let residents know when water is safe to drink again. (WFLA)

5. Tarpon Springs commissioners voted 3-1 in favor of approving preliminary plans to build an apartment complex in a disputed plot on Anclote River. Environmental groups and residents say they are prepared to fight the project every step of the way. (Fox 13 Tampa)
