FL’s Largest Pumpkin At 868 Pounds On Display At Tampa Pumpkin Patch
An 868-pound pumpkin, the largest in Florida, is on display at Bearss Groves farmers market in north Tampa.

TAMPA, FL — An 868-pound pumpkin, the largest in Florida, is now on display at Bearss Groves, a family-run farmers market in north Tampa, according to a news release.
The pumpkin was purchased and brought to the market from Indiana by tractor. It arrived Friday morning.
It’s on display in front of the farmer’s market, which is located at 14316 Lake Magdalene Blvd., as a fall photo op for visitors.

A group of pre-kindergarten students from Corbett Preparatory School of IDS in Tampa were the first to visit the large pumpkin.
Bearss Groves is open Oct. 19-20 and 26-31, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
