Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse Opens New Flagship Restaurant In Tampa

TAMPA, FL — Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar opened a new 13,00-square-foot flagship restaurant in Tampa on Monday.

The Napa-inspired restaurant and wine bar is located at 4342 West Boy Scout Blvd., across from International Plaza and adjacent to the current location.

The restaurant is designed to blend the company’s “California roots with the dynamic energy of our coastal home here in Tampa,” Fleming’s said in a news release.

The building’s entry features 16-foot floor-to-ceiling glass windows, four private dining rooms - including the Champagne Room — and a 2,500-bottle wine vault at the restaurant’s center, behind the new Rooted Wine Bar by Felming’s

Several new menus, including dinner, lunch, and social hour and bar menus, have been curated by Chef Partner Brandon Grady. New dinner items include A5 Japanese wagyu, Australian wagyu with a tableside shaved black truffle, gorgonzola gnocchi, local Gulf grouper, and fresh Bedford Scallops.

Rooted Wine Bar by Fleming’s will also offer a wine-pairing menu, customizable wine flights and guided wine tastings.

During its grand opening, the restaurant also gave a $10,000 donation to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay.
