Fog, Storms In Tampa Bay’s Workweek Forecast
A Hazardous Weather Outlook report has been issued for the Tampa Bay area.

TAMPA, FL — Tampa Bay area residents and visitors are in for a week of ups and downs in the weather department. While sunshine and blue skies are expected part of the week, more run-ins with dense fog and the potential for thunderstorms also exists, according to the National Weather Service.
Following the appearance of dense fog in some parts of the region, the weather service says Monday should shape up to be a beautiful day. Sunshine dominates the daytime forecast with a high around 80 degrees expected. Partly cloudy conditions creep in heading into the overnight hours when the low should fall into the low 60s.
The fog that made morning commutes on Monday difficult for some is expected to return Tuesday. In its Hazardous Weather Outlook report, the weather service warned that visibility on Tuesday morning could be less than a quarter-mile in some areas. Motorists are urged to drive slow, use their low beams and keep plenty of distance between their vehicles and others on the roads.
