Designed by SB Architects and Tampa/Hyde Park firm BDG Architects, with interiors by Decorators Unlimited by Bob Martin, Hyde Park House Tampa offers two- to three-bedroom residences ranging from 1,900 to almost 3,500 square feet.

Penthouses provide four-bedroom residences with more than 5,000 square feet of living space.

Each residence, designed to fit the aesthetic of the surrounding Hyde Park neighborhood, opens to expansive terraces with unobstructed city and bay views. Kitchens at Hyde Park House Tampa feature quartz countertops with a waterfall island. Spa-like master baths include semi-frameless showers with a freestanding soaking tub.
