Continuing Its Mission To Go Green, Water Street Tampa Will Open Tampa's 1st Crisp & Green

TAMPA, FL — National health-focused fast-casual restaurant, Crisp & Green, announced it is opening its first eatery in Tampa at Water Street Tampa’s Via Corazon early this year.

“Water Street Tampa has inspired many national retailers to open their first Tampa location, and we’re proud to add Crisp & Green to that list,” said Lee Schaffler, chief portfolio officer for Water Street developer, Strategic Property Partners. “Their health- and wellness-focused menu dovetails perfectly with our commitment to well-being as the world’s first WELL-Precertified neighborhood.”

Befitting its mission to offer chef-crafted nutritious foods to fit conveniently into a modern, wellness-driven lifestyle, Crisp & Green, founded in 2016 by CEO Steele Smiley, serves a variety of made-from-scratch salads, grain bowls, acai bowls, aguas frescas, smoothies and more. The Water Street Tampa location will be Crisp & Green’s fifth in Florida.

Crisp & Green adds another sought-after dining option to Water Street Tampa where SPP has signed leases with nearly 50 retailers to date.

Crisp & Green will be located across from the Cora residential development and on the ground floor of the East Cumberland Avenue parking garage and will join a variety of national, regional and local retailers and restaurants throughout the neighborhood, including GreenWise Market, Cava, Dwell Home Market, Yura Vine Brothers, Naked Farmer and Wagamama.
