Find out what's in store for the Tampa Bay area in the weather department as the workweek continues.

TAMPA, FL — The sunny streak that dominated the weekend is expected to continue for a few more days in the Tampa Bay area. Warmer temperatures, however, are also expected to make a return with rain possible as the workweek continues.
According to the National Weather Service, Monday should kick things off with mostly sunny conditions and a high in the mid-80s. A partly cloudy night is expected with a low in the mid-60s. Rain isn’t in the forecast for the region, but that doesn’t mean a few drops won’t fall somewhere.
Tuesday is expected to be a good day to drag out short-sleeve shirts and shorts. Forecasters do expect mostly sunny skies, but a high in the mid-to-upper 80s is also likely. The overnight low is expected to fall to the mid- to upper 60s with partly cloudy skies anticipated.
