Industrial broker team joins Colliers in Tampa Bay

TAMPA, FL, April 15, 2025 – Colliers has hired two industrial real estate brokers, Kyle Kidd, vice president, and Dominic Hewitt, senior associate, both based in Tampa Bay. Kidd and Hewitt will focus on landlord and tenant representation within Colliers’ industrial practice throughout West Florida. Having previously worked together at Apex Industrial Real Estate Advisors since 2022, the two have transacted over $100 million in total lease and sales volume together.

In their previous roles, Kidd and Hewitt facilitated the sale of the Waterside Business Center, a 284,000-square-foot business park in Pinellas County. The property was sourced off-market and sold for $38.5 million. Other notable clients for the team include ATCAP Partners, Brennan LLC, Circle Industrial, Faropoint, Stonelake Capital and Westmount Realty Capital.

Kidd most recently served as senior vice president, partner at Apex Industrial Real Estate Advisors. He has more than six years of experience in commercial real estate, representing local, regional and national companies across the Southeast. He has also held roles at Foundry Commercial in Atlanta.

Kidd is a graduate of College of Coastal Georgia, having earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, management and operations. He was involved with the Young Council of Realtors Committee at the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.

Hewitt is a graduate of Kennesaw State University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
