Julio Jones Agrees To 1-Year Deal With Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Report
The seven-time Pro Bowl receiver is entering his 12th NFL season and gives Tom Brady another receiving option.

TAMPA, FL — Seven-time Pro Bowl receiver Julio Jones has agreed to a one-year contract with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, according to a report from ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Jones, who will be entering his 12th NFL season, played last season with the Tennessee Titans after spending 10 seasons with the Atlanta Falcons.
He gives Tampa Bay quarterback Tom Brady another receiving option after tight end Rob Gronkowski announced his retirement last month.

Jones was released by the Titans in March after he played in just 10 games while struggling with a hamstring injury. Jones caught 31 passes for 434 yards and a touchdown with Tennessee.
Jones has played in just 19 games in the past two seasons.

When healthy, Jones has been one of the most productive receivers in NFL history with 879 catches for 13,330 yards and 61 touchdowns, most of that coming in 10 seasons with the Atlanta Falcons. He is the Falcons' franchise leader in catches and receiving yards and second in team history in receiving touchdowns behind former teammate Roddy White (63).
Jones was drafted sixth overall by Atlanta in the 2011 NFL Draft following an illustrious career at Alabama.
He has been named first-team All Pro twice and second-team All Pro four times.
Jones joins a Tampa Bay receiving group that includes Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, Breshad Perriman, Scotty Miller and Russell Gage, another former Falcon the Bucs signed this offseason.
Tampa Bay also signed tight end Kyle Rudolph to help offset the departures of Gronkowski and O.J. Howard, who signed with the Buffalo Bills.
Godwin's 2021 season was cut short when he suffered a torn ACL in December. Godwin was cleared for training camp Tuesday, according to the Tampa Bay Times.
Players reported for training camp Tuesday, and practices begin Wednesday morning.
