Cioci brings diverse experience to KWPMC, including 20 years in the property management industry. She is versed in both the sales and operations aspects of the business, providing comprehensive expertise in managing properties and ensuring operational success.

Cioci is also a Department of Business & Professional Regulation (DBPR educator) and Florida Supreme Court Mediator, with a passion for educating board members and fostering strong, engaged communities.

Cioci’s mediation background includes resolving many matters involving condominium and HOA communities, demonstrating her problem-solving ability and in-depth understanding of the association landscape. She is an ardent supporter of Veteran charities and enjoying her ranch.

This addition follows an impressive run of organic growth at KWPMC, which generated a 32% increase in profits and added 22 new properties in the last year. It also onboarded more than 850 new employees in 2024 to keep up with the demand for its best-in-class services.
