Local Veterans Open Graze Craze Charcuterie Store and Catering Concept in Brandon
Husband-wife team elevates celebrations with beautifully designed charcuterie boards for every occasion

Graze Craze®, the rapidly growing charcuterie concept known for its hand-crafted, artistically arranged grazing boards, boxes and more, is now open at 1076 East Brandon Blvd. in Brandon’s East Pointe Plaza. The new shop is owned and operated by husband-and-wife team and local veterans, Richard “Jack” Crowley and Tara White.
The 1,400-square-foot store offers made-to-order grazing boards and picnic boxes that are prepared fresh by trained Grazologists™ and designed to allow clients to create memorable moments over delicious food. Each board is thoughtfully curated with a mix of premium meats and cheeses, fresh fruits and vegetables, sweets and more, accompanied by house-made sauces, dips and jams.
“After retiring from the Air Force, we knew we wanted our next chapter to be something meaningful and community-focused,” said White. “Opening this shop felt like the perfect way to combine my background in hospitality with our shared love for bringing people together.”
