Luxury Mattress Retailer To Open Viewing Room On Water Street Tampa
The Saatva Viewing Room at Water Street Tampa will offer customers an immersive and personalized mattress exploration experience.

TAMPA, FL — Real estate development firm Strategic Property Partners LLC announced the addition of Saatva, a privately held e-commerce company that specializes in luxury mattresses, to the mix of retailers at Water Street Tampa.

The Saatva Viewing Room at Water Street Tampa will offer customers an immersive and personalized mattress exploration experience that integrates innovative behavior-sensing technology. Each bed display will feature information kiosks, allowing customers to interact with the collection at their own pace. Additionally, knowledgeable employees, known as "sleep guides," will be on hand to provide expert advice and answer questions.

Water Street Tampa is the first neighborhood development in America to earn the prestigious WELL Community Certification at the Gold Level awarded by the International WELL Building Institute. The certification honors the development’s successful, strategic integration of design and policy decisions that promote health and well-being across all aspects of the neighborhood.
Saatva is expected to open its 3,738-square-foot location inside Asher in late 2024. It will be the company’s second location in the Sunshine State.
