Members-Only Lounge Opens At Hyde House Public Studio In Tampa
HOME, which is inspired by Japanese listening room lounges, offers hidden offices, a high-end gym and concierge services to members.

TAMPA, FL — HOME, an exclusive members-only social lounge, fitness, and wellness club has opened within the Hyde House Public Studio co-working space at 709 S. Oregon Ave. in Tampa’s Hyde Park Village, according to a news release.
The project, designed by Gianco Companies, draws inspiration from a Japanese listening room lounge, complete with vinyl records, guest DJs and live performers.
It also offers residents 15 hidden offices, a high-end gym with luxury fitness equipment, and exclusive programs, such as the ASAP and Concierge services.

“Creating a private, exclusive lounge in the Village has always been part of our long-term vision,” Steven Gianfilippo, owner of Gianco Companies, said in a statement. “We’re excited to offer a day-to-night experience. Members can socialize, conduct business, catch a workout or host meetings in a casual environment. We’ve created a solution for after-hours business needs with our lounge and casual meeting areas."
HOME will eventually take the place of Public Studio. The photography, art exhibits and cyclorama services will be moved upstairs to Hyde House Public Studio, instead. Fitness improvements will also be made to the current Swann Studio.
