Miami's Benh Mi Joins Willa's In Tampa For A Pop-Up This Weekend

If you're looking to try something new this weekend, Miami's Benh Mi will be joining Willa's Provisions for a pop-up on Saturday and Sunday in North Hyde Park from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Guests can enjoy signature items including a Char Siu Mushroom Bánh Mi Sandwich, Xtra Crunchy Chicken Tender Bucket, Green Papaya Salad, Iced Ube Latte and more as well as Willa’s favorites with a Benh Mi spin, including an exclusive Willa’s Provisions Roasted Chicken Bánh Mi sandwich.

Willa’s Provisions is a casual all-day café in North Hyde Park, housed in front of the neighborhood restaurant and bar Willa’s, from Tampa natives Nate Siegel and Merrin Jenkins.

The café serves a menu of pickup fare and offers retail, including a curated selection of pantry staples, home goods and Willa’s merchandise.

During the day Willa’s Provisions serves coffee from King State Coffee, organic tea and matcha from Rishi Tea & Botanicals. When the sun goes down, it transforms into a moody, candle-lit amari bar, perfect for date night or grabbing a drink with friends.

Benh Mi is a new Modern Vietnamese Eatery in Miami Beach founded by Chef Benjamin Murray and Michael Kaplan featuring a variety of homemade Bánh Mi sandwiches, salads, snacks and pastries.

A play on Chef Benjamin’s name and the iconic Vietnamese sandwich, Bánh Mi, Benh Mi puts a modern twist on the classic dish. Sustainably and locally sourced, Benh Mi uses fresh ingredients and makes items in house.
