Monster Jam Roars Into Tampa Saturday

Tickets for Saturday's Monster Jam at Raymond James Stadium are still available.

TAMPA, FL — For monster truck lovers, there’s only one place to be on Saturday: Raymond James Stadium. That’s when Monster Jam will make its return, bringing 14 massive vehicles together in a single place.

The lineup for the Feb. 4 competition includes such fan favorites as Grave Digger, Hurricane Force, Dragon and Big Kahuna, according to event organizers. The Party in the Pits is set to begin at 2:30 p.m. and run until 5:30 p.m.

“It gives fans the opportunity to get up close and personal with the Monster Jam trucks and drivers,” an email from organizers said. “Complimentary pit passes are available at participating Bay area Southern Ford Dealers, for $10 at Ticketmaster.com or at the stadium day of show. An event ticket and pit pass are required for entry into the pit party.”

Event organizers remind spectators that they are subject to search before entering the stadium. “The best approach is to not bring any bags, but if they need to, each guest may bring one approved clear bag and one approved clutch bag into the stadium,” the email said.
