A Morning of Horsepower and Hope: JP Emerson & Tampa Cruisers Return to RMHC St. Pete

Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) of St. Petersburg will once again be filled with the sound of roaring engines, laughter, and love.

The Tampa Cruisers will bring a carefully selected lineup of classic and muscle cars — each chosen for its story, style, and ability to spark joy and they’ll be shared with families who could use a little extra light in their day.

On Saturday, November 15th, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, the Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) of St. Petersburg will once again be filled with the sound of roaring engines, laughter, and love. The Tampa Cruisers and renowned automotive journalist JP Emerson are returning to the RMHC St. Pete House at 401 7th Ave S — not for a public car show, but for something far more meaningful: a private celebration for the families and children who call RMHC home.

A Hand-Picked Showcase of Automotive Beauty
This isn’t your typical car meet. The Tampa Cruisers will bring a carefully selected lineup of classic and muscle cars — each chosen for its story, style, and ability to spark joy. These vehicles aren’t just machines; they’re memories on wheels, and they’ll be shared with families who could use a little extra light in their day.
JP Emerson: Driving Stories That Matter
JP Emerson, host of the acclaimed JP Emerson Show, will be on-site to share stories, surprises, and smiles. Known for his heartfelt interviews and deep love of car culture, Emerson brings a personal touch that resonates far beyond the garage. His presence, alongside the Cruisers, turns this event into a celebration of connection, compassion, and community.

Last year, the Tampa Cruisers and JP Emerson made a generous donation to RMHC, helping fund family rooms and outdoor spaces that continue to serve as sanctuaries of healing. Because sometimes, the most powerful thing a car can do… is bring a smile.
A Cause Close to the Heart

RMHC provides comfort, care, and a place to stay for families with children receiving medical treatment nearby. For these families, even a few hours of joy can make a world of difference. That’s why this event matters — it’s a moment of escape, a breath of fresh air, and a reminder that they’re not alone.
