1. New tech: The Tampa Bay Buccaneers donated $50,000 in new technology on Monday afternoon to teachers at Young Middle Magnet School in Tampa. The donation is part of the team's Social Justice Initiative as well as its Youth Leadership Program. (WFLA)

2. Tampa Bay’s 2021 Gay & Lesbian Film Festival begins Friday and will run from October 1st to October 4th. There will be 11 feature films with most screening in Florida for the first time. It will be held at the Tampa Theatre in Tampa and Sundial in St. Petersburg. (St. Pete Catalyst)

3. St. Petersburg police are searching for the person responsible for killing a man early Tuesday morning in the EDGE District. The victim was shot at around 1:30 a.m. in the area of Central Avenue and Dr. MLK Jr. St. (St. Pete Patch)

4. Pumpkin time: Gallagher’s Pumpkins and Christmas Tree is now open daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on 4th Street North in St. Petersburg. The business is locally-owned and has over 30 years under its belt. Families can enjoy fall-themed photo ops, a variety of pumpkins, bounce houses for kids, and more. (WFLA)

5. Latinas On The Go is an organization in Tampa Bay that offers networking, volunteering, and an opportunity to pay it forward. The group is preparing to launch a mentoring program in October as it grows. (ABC Action News)
