Pop-Up Miracle Bar Serving Up Seasonal Food, Drinks

Residents seeking the spirit of the season will find it at Tampa's newest pop-up bar, the Miracle Bar at Strandhill Public Heights​.

TAMPA, FL — Residents seeking the spirit of the season will find it at Tampa's newest pop-up bar, the Miracle Bar at Strandhill Public Heights, 309 W Palm Ave.

Open now and continuing throughout the holiday season, the bar filled with holiday music, decorations and cheer serves up seasonal-inspired drinks and food.

The menu includes Irish-inspired items like the Irish Whiskey Burger with smoked bacon, caramelized onions, Dubliner cheddar cheese, Irish whiskey barbecue sauce on a toasted tavern roll, shepherd's pie, Irish beef stew, bangers & mash, fish cakes, boxty (Irish potato cakes with clarified butter, onion and a choice of Irish black & white pudding or smoked salmon).

Cocktails include the Harvey Wallbanger, Sidecar, Manhattan and Old-Fashioned as well as the lesser-known Shergar with Tullamore Dew Caribbean Cask, cacao, banana syrup and lime, and No Bell On Your Bike with Plantation 3 Stars rum, orgeat, pineapple and lime.

Hours are Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 a.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m.

After the holidays, the Miracle Bar will donate 10 percent of the proceeds from the sale of Santa Pants, Christmas Carol Barrel and Santa Heads signature glassware to the Seva Foundation, a global nonprofit eye care organization that works with communities around the world.
