FLORIDA — In the midst of midterm elections, Floridians were forced to endure yet another hurricane this week. Fortunately, Hurricane Nicole didn't wreak the devastation that Floridians on the Gulf Coast experienced with Hurricane Ian in September. Nevertheless, officials are reporting widespread beach erosion causing roads and piers to collapse, inland flooding and at least five deaths.
