2. The Tampa Bay Rays president Brian Auld is beginning a public push for a split city idea with Montreal after signage at a game angered fans. He pushed the idea at Cafe Con Tampa, a weekly speaker series, and was hosted by PR agency Tucker Hall. (Fox 13 Tampa)
3. Fights and beatings have reached critical levels at Greco Middle School and are leading to calls for help from the Hillsborough County School Board. A teacher was recently attacked by a 12-year-old student, who is now charged with felony battery. (Tampa Bay Times)
4. Sensible Florida is trying to legalize recreation marijuana in Florida once again. It needs to submit 891,589 valid signatures to get approval. (Creative Loafing Tampa)
5. Five men have been indicted on charges of first-degree murder in the fatal shooting of 4-year-old Suni Bell. Hillsborough County State Attorney Andrew Warren said the indictment represents a big step in the effort to hold the little girl's killers accountable. (Tampa Patch)
