Snow on 7th Parade brings winter cheer to Historic Ybor City

Marching bands, local leaders, and krewes marched down 7th Avenue in Ybor City to mark the occasion on December 14th.

This past Saturday, December 14th, was the Snow on 7th Parade held in Ybor City by the Ybor Chamber of Commerce. The event showcased 10 middle and high school marching bands, local dance teams, and krewes.

The occasion marked the holiday season with artificial snow falling off the second floor of buildings in Historic Ybor City. The event began with Tampa Mayor, Jane Castor, in the lead of the parade and traveled down the busy street with hundreds of onlookers including families and kids.
