Are you his family, or would you like to be? Starting November 1, Hillsborough County Animal Services will be open seven days a week for both lost pet searches and adoptions. Meet and adopt Carter (animal ID#1488320), and he'll go home fully neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and licensed at a very modest fee from your county shelter: 440 N. Falkenburg Road in Tampa.
