Tampa Bar Named Among America’s Best For St. Patrick’s Day
One bar in the Tampa Bay area has earned ranking among America's 50 best for celebrating St. Patrick's Day.

TAMPA, FL — Tampa Bay area residents looking for a place to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day may want to set a course for Four Green Fields. The popular Tampa pub has been named as one of America’s Top 50 places to go Irish on March 17, according to Travel+Leisure.
The Top 50 rankings from across the country were compiled based upon Yelp’s user reviews. The Celtic House Irish Pub & Restaurant in Arlington, Virginia, earned first-place honors in the listing. Four Green Fields came in 11th place, just behind Cronin and Phelan’s in Astoria, New York.
While no other Tampa Bay area establishments made the ranking, several other Florida destinations did. Some of those honored include McGuire’s Irish Pub in Destin and Celtic Ray Irish Pub in Punta Gorda.

The City of Tampa also received a recent nod for being among America’s best cities to be in for St. Patrick’s Day celebrations. Thanks to the annual running green of the Hillsborough River and its large number of Irish pubs, the city was ranked eighth out of 200 by WalletHub.
