Watch: Tampa Bay Buc Austin Seferian-Jenkins Arrested for DUI
Breaking: Tampa Bay Buccaneers player Austin Seferian-Jenkins faces DUI charges after a Friday arrest in Tampa.

TAMPA, FL — Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Austin Seferian-Jenkins, 23, faces DUI charges after a Florida Highway Patrol trooper reportedly spotted him early Friday morning speeding and making improper lane changes.
According to the patrol, Seferian-Jenkins got onto southbound Interstate 275 near State Road 60 doing about 75 to 80 mph instead of the posted 55 mph speed limit. He’s also accused of cutting off Trooper Tabarie Sullivan, who was in a patrol vehicle.
Sullivan reported Seferian-Jenkins was also weaving back and forth, an email from the patrol said.

Seferian-Jenkins is being charged with DUI and for violation of an ignition interlock device restriction. The second charge, the patrol said, stems from a prior arrest in Washington state in 2013.
“He refused a breath test once at the Hillsborough County Jail,” the email noted.

Seferian-Jenkins played for the University of Washington before being drafted by the Bucs in 2014. He has a total of 45 receptions, 603 yards and seven touchdowns so far in his professional career.
The home opener for the Bucs is scheduled for this Sunday, Sept. 25 at 4:05 p.m. against the Los Angeles Rams. The team has one win and one loss to its credit so far in regular season play.
Further details about Seferian-Jenkins’ arrest are not yet available.
