2. Tampa police have now identified the body parts found in McKay Bay as belonging to 47-year-old Stephanie Crone-Overholts of Lutz. Her death has been ruled a homicide. An investigation is underway and police are asking the public for tips. (Tampa Patch)

3. Florida is ranked the number two state with the lowest flu vaccination rates in the United States of America. The states with the highest flu vaccination rates are Rhode Island, South Dakota, and Massachusetts. Almost anyone over 6 months of age can get a flu vaccine. (WFLA)

4. COVID-19 restrictions were eased at Florida’s long-term care facilities on Friday by Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services . All visitors are now allowed, except those who have recently tested positive for COVID-19. The change is welcome news for families and loved ones who have remained separated due to restrictions put in place since at least last fall. (WUSF)

5. The Humane Society of Tampa Bay says it is doubling up dogs in kennels and turning cats away because the shelter is completely full. Humane Society of Tampa Bay CEO Sherry Silk says the pandemic is to blame, especially a lack of spraying and neutering. (Fox 13 Tampa)
