Here are the top stories in Tampa today:
1. Hillsborough County will spend more than $103 million in American Rescue Funds on affordable housing, sewer and septic issues, and alleviating hunger in underserved areas throughout the county. The county board voted 6-0 to fund the project last week. (WUSF)

2. The Tampa Museum of Art has announced a $68 million expansion. The museum will grow from 69,000 to 125,000 square feet and feature a new accessible rooftop. Four galleries will be added to the second floor of the museum and the atrium will become a sculpture gallery. Culinary arts classes will be another addition. (Tampa Bay Times)
3. A casual steak and seafood restaurant called The Crane is coming to St. Petersburg's Central Avenue in 2022. Owner Sean Thongsiri opened Mangosteen last week in downtown St. Pete. Lunch will offer smaller bites and Asian influence will be present throughout. (St. Pete Rising)
4. The United States is reopening travel to vaccinated international tourists today. International travel is expected to slowly increase. Tampa International Airport is not adding any additional international flights until next Monday, November 15th with British Airways. (WTSP)
5. Tampa police are asking for the public's help to find two hit-and-run drivers who struck and killed pedestrians in separate accidents this week. One accident occurred on Thursday and the other on Friday. (Tampa Patch)
6. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has launched a lawsuit against the Biden Administration over the constitutionality of the employer COVID-19 vaccine mandate by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). The lawsuit was filed Friday in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. (Patch Florida)
