Water Street Tampa District Draws National Investment Bank

PEI Global Partners Holdings will move to the downtown planned community in March.

TAMPA, FL — Real estate development firm Strategic Property Partners LLC announced Tuesday the signing of a new office lease at Water Street Tampa with PEI Global Partners Holdings LLC, a New York City-based investment bank specializing in power, energy and infrastructure transactions.

PEI’s offices will be located on the sixth floor of Thousand & One, downtown Tampa’s newest trophy office tower.

The opening of PEI’s new Florida headquarters at Thousand & One will mark a strategic move by the firm to establish a footprint in one of the country’s fastest-growing cities. The company was attracted to Thousand & One’s location in a new live-work-play-learn neighborhood, which will give employees direct access to a wide array of coveted entertainment and transportation options, including restaurants by Michelin-starred chefs, Amalie Arena, the Tampa Riverwalk and public green space.

Designed by COOKFOX Architects, the tower is LEED Silver-certified, anticipates receiving WELL Core and Shell certification and is WiredScore Platinum-certified, illustrating its best-in-class digital connectivity.
