Westshore's Marina Landings Town Center Sells For $13 Million

BTI Partners announced that it has sold Marina Landings, the retail town center of Westshore Marina District, to Transcentum LLC.

TAMPA, FL — Fort Lauderdale-based BTI Partners announced that it has sold Marina Landings, the retail town center of Westshore Marina District in South Tampa, for $13 million to Transcentum LLC.

The 70,000-square-foot town center consists of retail tenants chosen to enhance the district’s waterfront lifestyle. The town center was designed to serve as a focal point for the 52-acre mixed-use community, which is home to Marina Pointe, high-end high-rise condominiums and luxury apartments.

“When we first saw the industrial land that would become Westshore Marina District, we had a vision for a vibrant, mixed-use community that would attract residents and visitors from across the United States. I am proud to say BTI Partners has achieved that goal,” said Noah Breakstone, CEO of BTI Partners. “With the retail portion of the master-planned community stabilized, it was the right time to divest the Marina Landings town center and continue to focus on our luxury condominium development in Westshore, Marina Pointe. We are happy to have laid the framework for a strong retail environment that will benefit all South Tampa residents for generations to come.”
