1. The first Powerstories Voices of Women Theatre Festival, featuring female playwrights over age 17, is kicking off on October 6th and will run through October 17th. The event will happen in-person in Tampa and virtually. (Creative Loafing Tampa)

2. Stageworks Theatre will return to full capacity just in time for Halloween. Its latest show is called "Evil Dead The Musical." The show will include raining blood for all you spooky fans. (ABC Action News)
