Here are the top stories in Tampa today:

1. No plans: In 'N Out Burger's chief legal officer says there are no plans to move its headquarters or open a location in Florida. Governor DeSantis attempted to pitch a move to the franchise in a recent call. (Fox 13 Tampa)

2. Winter The Dolphin passed away Thursday night after being in critical condition at Clearwater Marine Aquarium. The gastrointestinal infection worsened to a point that Winter could not be saved. (Tampa Bay Times)

3. The Seeds of Hope FishHawk Turkey Trot is returning Thursday, November 25th both virtually and in-person. Registration is now available. All proceeds from the race support local charity Seeds of Hope, Inc., which provides weekly distributions of food through a food bank, a school backpack of food program, and a mobile pantry. 4. 48-year-old Tampa man, Michael Nolan, will spend 6 1/2 years in prison for taking part in one of the largest health care frauds in history. Nolan and his associate worked to defraud federal health benefit programs, Medicare and the Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Department of Veterans Affairs. (Tampa Patch)

5. Tampa Bay Rays outfielder Randy Arozarena was named rookie of the year by Baseball Digest and eBay. This marks the 50th year the award is presented by Baseball Digest. Cincinnati Reds second baseman Jonathan India also won the award. (Bay News 9)
