HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FL — A wrong-way driver was arrested and charged with driving under the influence involving injury after an early Christmas morning crash in Hillsborough County, according to a Florida Highway Patrol news release.

Flor Tulia Perez Roblero, 45, of Plant City was also charged with no valid license and booked into Hillsborough County Jail.

She failed to keep to the right when State Road 39 turned into a divided highway just north of Knights Griffin Road and drove her minivan south in the northbound lane around 2:30 a.m., FHP said.
