3 Home Invasion Suspects Sought In St. Petersburg: Police
The three suspects being sought by unvestigators pretended to bring a food delivery to a St. Pete home they tried to rob, police said.

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — Investigators are working to identify three armed robbery suspects in a June 24 home invasion, according to a St. Petersburg Police Department news release. The incident happened around 9:30 p.m.
Three young men approached the front door of the home with a food delivery.
When the victim opened the door to explain he hadn’t ordered food, they forced their way in and hit him with a gun, police said. The suspects ran from the home when the victim fought back.

The food order left behind was bought at an Orlando McDonald’s earlier that day, police said.
