holds annual elections Monday, 6:45 p.m., at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 126 11th Ave. NE.
All 15 positions on the board are open. In addition, Rita Fabula, a world class executive chef from our neighborhood, will be demonstrating how to prepare appetizers that can make our coming holiday events special (and easier).
