Man Found Passed Out In Rolls-Royce Outside FL Apartment With Drugs In Sight, Cops Say

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — A man faces multiple charges after being found passed out in a Rolls-Royce outside the Zura Bay apartments with various illegal drugs in plain sight, the St. Petersburg Police Department said in a news release.

Eric Stallings, 23, was found asleep in his car with the door open in the parking lot of the apartment complex, 225 73rd Ave. N., on Tuesday around 8:30 a.m.

During their investigation, officers also found various guns, knives, drugs and bags of mushrooms in the car.

While arresting him, Stallings tried to run and knocked down an officer, injuring them, police said.

He was charged with resisting arrest with violence, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, trafficking in methamphetamine - armed, trafficking in cocaine and trafficking in heroin.
