New 540-Space Parking Garage Opens In St. Pete’s Edge District
A new 540-space parking garage opened at The Central, a mixed-use development being built in St. Petersburg's Edge District.

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — A new 540-space parking garage opened at The Central, a mixed-use development being built in St. Petersburg’s Edge District, according to a news release.
The recently completed structure at 1301 Central Ave. is the first component to open within The Central, an investment led by Ellison Development that will include Halcyon office building, a 168-unit Autograph Collection hotel and a 42-unit workforce housing complex, as well as a 14,000 square feet of retail space.
“This garage is more than just parking—it signals that The Central is becoming a reality,” Casey Ellison, Ellison CEO said. “It’s a critical step forward in our bold investment in St. Petersburg’s future—one that drives economic growth, attracts new businesses and enhances the vibrancy of the Edge District for generations to come.”
