Patch, CONA to Host Council Candidate Forum Wednesday
The forum will feature council candidates for Districts 2 and 6. The forum begins at 6:30 p.m.
St. Pete Patch and the Council of Neighborhood Associations are hosting a city council candidate forum for Districts 2 and 6 Wednesday night at the Sunshine Senior Center.
All candidates for the districts have confirmed his or her attendance.
The forum will be moderated by the League of Women Voters.
The District 2 race features incumbent Jim Kennedy and challenger Lorraine Margeson.
Council member Karl Nurse, Trevor Mallory and Sharon Russ are vying for the District 6 seat.
The forum begins at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Sunshine Center, 330 5th St. N.
