A 49-year-old St. Petersburg man faces four counts of sexual battery on a minor, detectives say after admitting to having "unconsensual sexual intercourse" with a female victim under 16, according to a press release from the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office.
William Eric Donald, who lives on the 4900 block of 45th Ave North, admitted to the allegations, according to the Sheriff's Office.
Four incidents occurred between February 22, 2013 and April 25, 2013, according to the Sheriff's Office. As the child slept, the suspect would approach the victim and have unconsensual sexual intercourse with her.
The victim later reported the inappropriate activity to a family member and friend.
Donald is currently being held at the Pinellas County Jail with no bond.
