St. Pete Celebrates the 4th
Wednesday's 4th of July holiday brought out the American spirit in downtown St. Petersburg. Sporting events, parades and a fireworks display kept the community buzzing.
In light of Independence Day, the City of St. Petersburg showered the downtown waterfront with their annual fireworks display. The streets were crawling with red, white and blue after a slew of local events.
From a Rowdies soccer game to a Rays match up at the Trop, there were plenty of activities for visitors to enjoy on their day off. As always, Patch was out and about in downtown St. Petersburg, snapping photos of all things patriotic.
