St. Petersburg Man Seriously Injured In Seminole Crash
A 58-year-old St. Petersburg man was hospitalized after being struck by a car on Tuesday.

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a Tuesday pedestrian-versus-car crash that left a St. Petersburg man with life-threatening injuries.
According to the agency, James Kellett, 58, was standing in the roadway next to the median on the north side of the 54th Avenue North and Seminole Boulevard intersection around 3:30 p.m. Jan. 17. At that time, Zinaida Kopriva, 65, was heading east on 54th Avenue North in a Honda Fit.
Deputies say Kopriva made a left turn to go northbound onto Seminole Boulevard under a green traffic signal.

Kellett was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.
