Strong-Arm Robbery Suspect Sought: Pinellas County Sheriff
Investigators are looking for the suspect in a June 16 strong-arm robbery in Lealman, the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office said.

LEALMAN, FL — Detectives are asking for public assistance in identifying a suspect in a strong-arm robbery that happened earlier this month, according to a Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office news release.
Deputies responded to reports of a robbery in the area of 44th Avenue N. and 31st Street N. in Lealman on June 16 around 7:30 p.m.
The victim, who has a medical condition that makes it difficult to speak and is confined to a wheelchair, told investigators that while he was at the intersection, an unidentified man took his cell phone out of a case that was attached to a lanyard around his neck, the sheriff’s office said.

The suspect rode away on a bicycle. He’s described as a white man around 40 years old. He was wearing a black hat and carrying a backpack at the time of the robbery, PCSO said.
