Where Did St. Pete's Green Benches Go?

 The city of St. Petersburg was once known for its famous green benches that lined the sidewalks downtown and served as popular hangout spots for natives and tourists. Hurricane Preparedness

The first workshop this year is about disaster preparedness and recovery for small businesses. It will be held Today, July 31, from 6 - 8 p.m., at 440 2nd Ave. N. in downtown St. Petersburg.

Maximo Boat Docks Open

Last week, St. Pete unveiled the renovated Maximo Park boat launch site. The park now features seven new boat ramps and four floating docks. Improvements to the park also include a new playground, a replica Indian Temple Mound and picnic shelters.
