The Florida Hometown Heroes program makes homeownership affordable for first-time homebuyers who work full-time at a Florida-based business. Down payment and closing cost assistance of up to $35,000 for first-time homebuyers. Qualified home buyers so they can purchase a primary residence in the community in which they work and live. It involves first-time homebuyers. And a Florida-based employer is required. To be eligible, you have to be:

A home care worker.

child care workers,

first responders, and

service members of the U.S. military or military reserves

including the U.S. Coast Guard of Florida. National Guard
