Here's what Jon Worthington said on YouTube:
"My son, the future videographer that he is, purchased an old, broken 8mm camera from a thrift store in Tarpon Springs. It came in a camera bag full of accessories. His intentions were to use it as a prop in the movies he makes. The problem is, there were three 8mm cassettes in the bag, and they had some personal memories on them, births, birthdays, baptisms, etc. I am sure the mother does not know these tapes were in the bag, and I can only speculate on the situation that carried that bag to the thrift store."

Jon Worthington adds on YouTube:
BTW, "What Child is This" is me singing and my brother-in-law (George Boulahanis) from Odyssey Greek Band playing guitar. We made it a few years ago just for fun, and now it seems like the perfect song for this video!
