How to Help Victims of the Tornado in Oklahoma
The tornado struck on Monday afternoon.
One day after a 2-mile wide tornado sliced through the Oklahoma City suburb of Moore, killing dozens in its path, the American Red Cross is accepting donations for those affected by the tragedy.
To donate, check out the following options from Janet McGuire, spokeswoman for the American Red Cross:
- To donate online, go to www.redcross.org.
- Text "REDCROSS" to 90999. A donation will be charged to your phone bill.
- Stop by the American Red Cross at 3310 W. Main in Tampa.
