Pinellas Detectives Seek To Identify Armed Robbery Suspect

Sheriff's detectives are seeking to identify an armed robbery suspect who has robbed at least six convenience stores in Pinellas County.

ST. PETERSBURG, FL - Sheriff's detectives are seeking to identify an armed robbery suspect who has robbed at least six convenience stores in Pinellas County. The suspect threatened the clerk with a knife in five robberies and produced a handgun in one robbery, detectives said.

After taking an undisclosed amount of cash, the suspect would flee from the store on foot to an awaiting vehicle described as a dark-colored sedan.The suspect is described as a white male, late 20-30 years old, about 6 feet - 6 feet-3 inches tall, with a medium build. He was last seen on Nov. 7, wearing a black hoodie, baggie jeans, and nylon half mask wearing gloves.

The robberies occurred between Oct. 29, and Nov. 7 at the following locations: Speedway - 5010 Tampa Road Oldsmar; Chevron gas station - 39720 U.S. 19 North Tarpon Springs; Circle K - 3170 Tampa Road Oldsmar; Friendly Freddie's - 5801 62nd Ave. North, Pinellas Park; 7-Eleven - 3000 49th St. North St. Petersburg; 7-Eleven - 2632 Park Street North St. Petersburg.
