Tantalizing Tacos From Black Grouper

Where can you indulge in nine different preparations of grouper? I can’t think of any other place in Tarpon Springs but the Black Grouper, 701 N. Pinellas Ave). From a gorgonzola cream sauce to cajun spices, there are plenty of options at the local restaurant.

If you’re not a fan of fish, no worries. Black Grouper has plenty of other menu items, like burgers, fries and tacos. Yes, tacos.

In fact, this week’s A Taste of Tarpon feature is the Grouper Tacos (market price). Three flour tortillas are stuffed with fresh grouper, cabbage, cheese and a zesty sauce. The dish is served with a fantastically fresh salsa and warm chips on the side.
