MANALAPAN, FL — Musician Billy Joel has again listed his Florida mansion in Manalapan, which is in Palm Beach County, for sale. He's reduced the asking price by $10 million, according to multiple reports.

His 13,349-square-foot, oceanfront estate is on the market for $54.9 million — down from the $64.9 million price tag it was listed for in 2022, Realtor.com reported.

The Piano Man bought the home at 1110 S. Ocean Blvd. for just over $22 million in 2015, Orlando Weekly said.

He initially listed it three years later in 2018 for $31.9 million. When it didn’t move, it was removed from the market before being listed again in 2022.

The Mediterranean-style compound, with nine bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, was built in 2010, Creative Loafing reported.

The property includes a crystal chandelier, a theater, a temperature-controlled wine cellar, an air-conditioned 12-car garage and a guest house.

The New Yorker has also put his Long Island home on the market. In May, he listed his 26-acre estate known as Middlesea, which sits on Oyster Bay Harbor, for $49 million, according to Fox Business.

He told fans at his New Year’s Eve concert in Elmont that while he plans to relocate to Florida, he’ll maintain his Sag Harbor home on the East End of Long Island, the New York Post reported.
