Generous Contributions Fuel 2025 Employee Appreciation Fund at Devonshire and Chatsworth
Residents thank dedicated employees by contributing over $425,000.

Devonshire, the Erickson Senior Living community in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, and Chatsworth, Devonshire’s continuing care neighborhood, distributed more than $425,000 to eligible hourly team members through its 2025 Employee Appreciation Fund (EAF).
The EAF gifts/awards, made possible through generous donations from warm-hearted residents in June and in December, were dispersed during an Employee Appreciation Fund Event. The awards served as a thank you for providing residents with industry-leading services that enhance the community’s engaging, worry-free lifestyle.
“The generosity of our residents truly embodies the spirit of the season,” says Human Resources Director Colleen Marchesani. “Their support of the Employee Appreciation Fund reflects the close-knit community we’ve built together. Our team members consistently go above and beyond by bringing dedication, warmth, and enthusiasm to everything they do. Thanks to their efforts, Devonshire and Chatsworth are an extraordinary place to live and work.”
