Daylight Saving: Spring Forward!
Don't forget to turn your clocks before you go to bed tonight.

It's time to spring forward! This weekend, we will lose one hour as a result of daylight saving. So before you go to bed tonight, make sure your clock is set one hour ahead.
The official daylight saving time starts 2 a.m. Sunday, and you will get that one hour back with standard time returning on Nov. 6.
Wondering how to avoid acting cranky and sleepy on Monday? In an interview with the Washingtonian, sleep specialist Vivek Jain suggests people to exercise more, take a hot shower and go to bed early the day before.

The time change does not apply to residents in Hawaii, Arizona, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam and the Northern Marianas Islands.
